What this page is for
Questions about the review itself: something that is unclear, a claim you have seen and want to know how it is graded, a source you think should be reflected, or a correction you would like to suggest. These are welcome, and corrections are made to the page rather than noted elsewhere.
What this site does not do
This review does not recommend for or against an operation, and it does not offer an assessment, a scan or a consultation in relation to anything it describes. It is not a booking page. There is no service offered here for planning, for a printed guide, or for any other treatment discussed, and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to arrange one.
Questions about your own care
A question about your own situation — whether an operation is appropriate for you, what a scan of yours showed, or how a plan would be made — is a clinical question and belongs with a clinician who can examine you and see your records. The hospital’s outpatient channels are the right route for that, and the appointments page explains how they work.
If something on the day does not match the plan
If you have had an operation and something is not as you expected, or if you have been given a rendered simulation and want to understand what it does and does not represent, raise it with the service that holds your records. Say what you were shown, who showed it to you and what you understood it to mean, because that conversation is the one a website cannot have for you.
